Francesco Orazzini is a visual artist born in Livorno, Italy (1988), currently based in Mexico City. His practice spans painting and expanded visual media, combining symbolic imagery with social and psychological narratives.

He studied a scientific baccalaureate with artistic experimentation before earning a degree in Visual Arts from the European Institute of Design (IED) in Rome, graduating with honors in 2010. He has lived and worked as an artist in Rome, New York City and Mexico City.

Orazzini has presented solo exhibitions in institutional and independent spaces, including the Italian Embassy, and has participated in collective exhibitions, biennials and festivals across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East and Australia.

His work has been published in monographs and featured in books and catalogues, including the Pictoline Illustration Biennial (Mexico) and Premio Illustri (Italy), and has extended into cross-disciplinary collaborations across theatre, music and design.

His video animations have been presented in venues including the Triennale di Milano, the Museum of Contemporary Art of Rome (Spazio Factory) and the Australian Parliament, with narrated presentations by internationally recognized figures.

In Mexico, he has produced large-scale mural works for institutions including the United Nations, the Government of Mexico City and Santander Bank, and has taught painting, illustration and project design at the Academia de San Carlos and the Faculty of Arts and Design (UNAM).
